| Visiting Hours to the Principal |
- The Principal will not meet Parents/Guardians outside visiting hours except with prior notice.
- Summer: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Winter: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

| Meeting with Parents |
- Parents-Teacher meetings will be held after each Test and Half Yearly Examination.
- Individual meetings can be arranged by teachers at fixed timings.
- Parents must take prior appointments via the "Parents Message to the Teachers" section in the Students' Diary.

| Punctuality |
- Children should arrive at the school entrance 10 minutes before school timing.
- A child is allowed to attend school late three times a month. Further late arrivals will result in being sent home.
- 80% attendance is necessary to appear for the annual examination.

| Absence |
- Leave requests must be submitted in writing to the principal.
- In sudden unavoidable circumstances, a written note should be sent the next day.

| Detention |
- Students may be detained after school hours for indiscipline or incomplete homework.
- Parents will be informed if children using transportation are detained. Parents must arrange for their pick-up.

| Lunch |
- Children must bring their own snacks and water bottles.
- Junk food or packet snacks such as Maggi, pasta, Kurkure, chocolates, or sweets are not allowed.
